6 years agoSan Jose Sharks center Joe Pavelski scored his seventh goal of the season in Thursday's 4-3 loss to Dallas. It's not been a pretty start for him, as the goals are Pavelski's only points of the season and he's registered a minus-four rating. Things haven't clicked for the whole top line as Evander Kane and Joonas Donskoi have also struggled. However, with Pavelski being a very consistent 60-point guy this decade, things should improve throughout the season. He gets a big chunk of his points on the power play, which sits at a mediocre 20 percent at the moment, so you don't have to look far to find the reason why a lot of players on the team are slumping.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
