3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Joe Ryan is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Sunday or Tuesday, per manager Rocco Baldelli. Ryan, who was placed on the COVID-19 injured list back on May 25, has already thrown a light bullpen session, according to beat writer Betsy Helfand, and he is ramping his way towards a rehab assignment. The 26-year-old right-hander has been excellent this season, logging a 2.28 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 42:14 K:BB across 43 1/3 innings (eight starts). We should hear more about his status in the coming days.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
