The Giants will take on the Atlanta Braves and right-handed starter Charlie Morton but will do so with Bart on the bench. In 247 plate appearances for San Francisco this season, the 25-year-old is batting .230 with a .308 on-base percentage, 11 home runs, and a pair of stolen bases. Austin Wynns is catching instead on Wednesday and hitting ninth. Wynns has logged 149 plate appearances for the Giants this season, hitting .222 with a .284 on-base percentage and a home run.
