2 years agoThe New York Yankees activated outfielder Joey Gallo from the COVID-19 list on Wednesday. Giancarlo Stanton (calf) heads to the injured list in a corresponding move. Gallo batted sixth and went 0-for-3 in Wednesday's 2-0 win over the Baltimore Orioles. The 28-year-old has struggled in 2022, slashing .171/.287/.324 with five home runs, seven RBI, and 11 runs scored over 36 games in 2022.
