2 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Joey Gallo is not in the starting lineup on Sunday against the Houston Astros. It will be Gallo's second time on the bench in this series, with both times coming against a right-handed pitcher. The left-handed power hitter has been pretty bad in 2022, and he's reached a low point recently by going 0-for-17 with 10 strikeouts in his last seven games. Overall, the 28-year-old is hitting just .173/.285/.346 with nine home runs, 18 RBI, 24 runs scored and one stolen base in 207 plate appearances over 60 games played. It's gotten to the point where the power isn't worth the complete drain in batting average for fantasy managers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
