4 years agoCincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto will rejoin the starting lineup for Game 1 of Saturday’s doubleheader against the Cubs and right-hander Yu Darvish. Votto will reclaim the leadoff spot after a three-game absence in the midst of an 0-for-18 stretch. He has hit just .103 out of the top slot in the order this season, having gone 6-for-22 in his career against Darvish. It’s likely that the veteran will be in the lineup for both legs of Saturday’s DH, giving him value in daily lock season-long formats.--Jesse Borek
