7 years agoCincinnati Reds manager Jim Riggleman said first baseman Joey Votto (knee) will not play on Tuesday. His knee injury got worse as the game progressed on Monday. Votto had two hits and an RBI in five plate appearances on Monday. He's hitting .289/.426/.427 with nine home runs and 53 RBI on the season. While the homers and RBI have definitely been down, he's still a must-start in most fantasy leagues, including on-base percentage formats. Consider Votto day-to-day.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
