3 years agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Joey Wendle went 2-for-4 with two RBI during Saturday's 8-4 win over the Chicago White Sox. He had an RBI single in the fourth frame to give the Rays a 5-1 lead. The Rays infielder tacked on an RBI groundout in the eighth inning to increase Tampa Bay's lead 8-4. Wendle plays semi-regularly but has solid numbers overall. The 31-year-old is slashing .272/.322/.425 with seven home runs, 42 RBI, 58 runs scored, and six stolen bases over 102 games in 2021. Wendle qualifies at second base, shortstop, and third base in some formats, giving him fantasy value in 12-team or deeper leagues.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
