3 years agoWashington Capitals defenseman John Carlson continues to collect points in bunches and picked up a power-play goal and assist in Wednesday's 6-3 victory over the Canadiens. He's now produced four multi-point performances in his last five outings. The recent surge has allowed Carlson to take over the second spot on the d-men scoring list, sitting on 18 points through 20 games. The 31-year-old is having another spectacular season and it looks like only an injury can slow him down. Hopefully, Carlson can steer clear of any problems.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
