3 years agoWashington Capitals defenseman John Carlson had a big four-point performance in Wednesday's 5-3 win over Nashville, collecting one goal and three assists. He also fired off a game-high five shots and blocked one effort from the opposition, while finishing with a plus-two rating in 24:27 of ice time. This was Carlson's second career four-point game and both have come in 2021. He's among the most prolific blue-liners in the league and 2022 should bring him a lot of success as well.
