John Marino Signed To Six-Year Extension
4 years agoPittsburgh Penguins defenseman John Marino signed a six-year contract extension worth $26.4 million on Sunday. The 23-year-old is coming off of a productive 2019-20 campaign that saw him finish eighth in Calder Trophy voting. He tallied six goals, 20 assists, and four power-play points across 56 games. Marino looks like a nice end-of-draft pick for fantasy bluelines, as he is locked into top-four minutes with some power-play exposure. He is a worthwhile pick from Round 14 onwards in fantasy drafts.
