John Means Makes Another Rehab Start
3 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher John Means (shoulder) took another step in his rehab effort, allowing four runs on two homers in three innings Friday night at Double-A Bowie, according to MLB.com. He threw 61 pitches, 41 of them for strikes. The talented left-hander's next rehab start will be at Triple-A, and if all goes well, he should then be back at the top of Baltimore's rotation after the All-Star break. His fantasy managers will be happy to get him back into their rotations, as the 28-year-old southpaw was superb before his left shoulder strain, going 4-2 with a 2.28 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 8.7 K/9 in 71 innings over his 12 starts.
