4 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto did not fare well in Sunday's 11-1 loss to the Padres. Cueto, who was making his first start since returning from the injured list with a lat injury, pitched just three innings, allowing five runs on eight hits (including two home runs) and a walk with two strikeouts. Fantasy managers can probably give Cueto a pass on this one, as he has pitched well overall, compiling a 3.52 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and 21.7% strikeout rate over his first four starts. He will have a nice chance to shake the rust off in his next start against the Pirates at home.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
