5 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (elbow) will face live hitters Wednesday for the first time since undergoing Tommy John surgery last August. Cueto was a solid fantasy contributor a few years ago, he pitched at least 212 innings every year from 2014-2016, but fell on hard times the past two seasons before needing surgery. If Cueto looks good during rehab games he could see Big League action in September but he is not someone fantasy owners need to stash weeks in advance of that possibility.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
