Johnny Gaudreau Ends Four-Game Pointless Streak
7 years agoCalgary Flames left wing Johnny Gaudreau picked up an assist in Monday's 4-3 overtime loss to Pittsburgh to end a season-high four-game pointless streak. Gaudreau, who had three shots on goal, picked up the helper on the team's third goal, which was scored by Troy Brouwer. He was on a superb run before the point drought hit, recording 16 points in 12 games. We can expect him to get going again now, with the Flames having a very favorable schedule coming up, as they get Buffalo, Ottawa, the Islanders and Edmonton next -- teams that are in the bottom five in goals against.
