3 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Jon Gray seemingly had no issues on the mound versus the Detroit Tigers on Friday. Gray went seven shutout innings with six strikeouts in the victory over Detroit. He allowed five hits, but didn't allow any walks, which certainly helped. Gray has looked fairly decent during his first season away from Coors Field. He is posting a 4.27 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 63/22 K/BB ratio over 11 starts. He'll get a favorable matchup against the Washington Nationals on Friday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
