4 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Jon Lester put together his second straight solid start. The veteran has really struggled this year, but threw five innings and gave up two runs on Wednesday. He also gave up four hits, one walk and recorded a strikeout. Lester edits the start with a no-decision and has now lowered his ERA to 4.91. It hasn’t been a strong year for the normally reliable lefty and managers should avoid Lester the rest of the year.
