3 years agoBoston Red Sox infielder Jonathan Arauz got the start at second base batting ninth Friday against Cleveland after both Kike Hernandez and Christian Arroyo were placed on the COVID list. He ended up delivering the biggest hit of the game, a three-run home run off reliever James Karinchak after he failed to get a bunt down on two attempts. Arauz may get more playing time in the short term, but he shouldn't be a fantasy consideration even in the deepest leagues.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
