6 years agoDetroit Red Wings goaltender Jonathan Bernier (upper body) left Friday's 4-0 win against the New Jersey Devils due to an upper-body injury. He all 21 shots he faced through two periods before departing. Jimmy Howard stopped the seven shots he faced in the third period to preserve the shutout. If Bernier is unable to play Sunday, it will be the All-Star Howard in between the pipes for the nationally-televised game against the Boston Bruins.--Daniel Dobish
