Jonathan India Doubles, Homers, And Drives In Two
3 years agoCincinnati Reds second baseman Jonathan India went 2-for-5 with a double, a homer, two runs, and two RBI in a 7-5 loss to the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday. India ripped a two-run homer off of Minnesota starter Kenta Maeda in the fifth inning to give the Reds a 5-4 lead. Overall, the rookie is putting together a solid season, hitting .279 with 17 doubles, 11 homers, 59 runs, 44 RBI, and seven steals. He has been hot at the plate of late, hitting .317 with four homers, 16 runs, and eight RBI over his past 15 games. India has worked his way into being considered as an everyday starter in fantasy leagues.
