Jonathan India Gets on Base Three Times
4 years agoCincinnati Reds infield prospect Jonathan India walked twice, singled, and stole home plate on Monday against the Colorado Rockies. He's now 3-for-9 with a BB-K of 3-4 through seven games this spring. Also of note, the former first-round pick as a third baseman started the game at second base. India has actually spent more time at the keystone this spring (22 innings) than the hot corner (eight innings). The move is a positive long-term move for the prospect as his offensive profile is a cleaner fit at second base due to his modest power output. India entered the spring ranked by Rotoballer as the 13th-best third-base dynasty prospect.
