4 years agoNew York Yankees relief pitcher Jonathan Loaisiga was saddled with his second loss of the season in Friday's 11-4 defeat to the Nationals. Loaisiga entered the game in the top of the eighth inning with the game tied at three but couldn't preserve the tie, surrendering an RBI single to Trea Turner and a three-run homer to Josh Harrison. Loaisiga left pitches over the heart of the plate- and the Nationals made him pay for it in his first bad outing of the season. While it's frustrating for fantasy managers, it was likely just an off day for the 26-year-old reliever, who has a track record of success coming out of the bullpen for New York this season.--Tim Capurso
