6 years agoLos Angeles Angels catcher Jonathan Lucroy went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in the team's 10-4 loss on Sunday to the Astros. Lucroy took Astros starter Justin Verlander deep twice, once in the second inning and once more in the seventh. Lucroy suddenly is flashing some power at the dish, with three home runs and five runs batted in over his last four games played. The veteran is off to a solid start offensively this season and is now slashing .265/.314/.408. Those are not eye-popping numbers but his arrow is pointing up among catchers heading into next week.--Joey C - RotoBaller
