7 years agoOakland Athletics catcher Jonathan Lucroy had gone nine at-bats without a base hit before a huge night at the dish in Wednesday's 16-6 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers. Lucroy went 3-for-5 from the plate with a double, while also scoring two runs. Oakland's newcomer still is seeking his first home run in green and gold, but he has been productive so far, especially at a position that lacks offensive firepower. Although he has just one RBI on the year, that number will soon rise once the A's offense begins to fire on all cylinders like they did on Wednesday in Los Angeles. Lucroy remains a solid guy in your lineup in two-catcher leagues, but until the RBI start rolling in, there may be better options in one-catcher leagues.--Brendan Kennealy
