6 years agoLos Angeles Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick allowed six goals on 31 shots in Monday's 6-4 loss against the Washington Capitals. With the loss he slipped to a very unsavory 11-14-4 with a 3.10 goals-against average and .899 save percentage. After the All-Star break it appeared Quick was finally starting to piece together a little bit of consistency, winning three of his four starts from Jan. 21 to Feb. 7. However, he has been bombed for 11 goals on just 64 shots across the past two outings, both losses. Perhaps a return to home ice on Thursday against the Vancouver Canucks will get Quick and the Kings back on track.--Daniel Dobish
