3 years agoLos Angeles Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick only had to stop 17 shots on Thursday night against the Vancouver Canucks. It was the shootout where the goaltender then thwarted four of five Vancouver attempts to help preserve a 2-1 home win. It was a much needed night after Quick had allowed five goals in each of his last two starts. Quick had his shutout attempt foiled by a Bo Horvat power-play goal with less than eight minutes left in regulation. The win was Quick's ninth of the season in 20 games. The goaltender has not looked this poised since the 2017-18 season. If Los Angeles can score a few more goals, Quick might stay a viable fantasy addition into 2022. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
