6 years agoBaltimore Orioles second baseman Jonathan Schoop continued his excellent July in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Yankees. Schoop went 2-for-5 with a double, a walk-off single, and an RBI. After being disappointing for most of the first half of the season, the 26-year-old has turned it on in July, batting .432 with seven extra-base hits and three RBI in 37 plate appearances. Schoop appeared to have broken out last season and has had small displays of those same skills this season. He should be considered a buy-low candidate for his potential to turn things around in the second half.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
