6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers second baseman Jonathan Villar (rest) will be out of the lineup for Tuesday's matchup against the St. Louis Cardinals. After Villar looked to have taken the everyday second base role in the middle of May when he started in six straight games at second base, he has now rested in three of his last six games. Hernan Perez will take his spot at second base. While he's had a relatively impressive season, batting .275, Villar will need more consistent playing time to hold shallower fantasy value. He still holds deep league value, mainly for his speed.--Caden Inaba
