5 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets goaltender Joonas Korpisalo knew it wasn't going to be easy to replace Sergei Bobrovsky when he left the team in free agency, but Korpisalo hasn't done much to instill confidence in his teammates with his performances. Albeit in a win on Monday night, Korpisalo only managed to stop 15 of 18 shots, while stopping 25 of 29 on Friday night, bringing his totals to a 3.44 GAA and .851 save percentage on the season. These numbers might cause a goaltending change on some other teams, but backup Elvis Merzlikins gave up seven goals on 40 shots in his debut, so it could just be a bad year for goaltending in Columbus. --Nate Duffett
