4 years agoHouston Texans tight end Jordan Akins caught a late touchdown in Houston's Thursday night loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Akins finished with two receptions for 39 yards, putting him second on the team in receiving yards on a night where quarterback Deshaun Watson spread the ball around. Akins looked much more dynamic than starting tight end Darren Fells and may have taken a step towards challenging Fells for the lead tight end role. It doesn't matter much, though, as even as a starter, Akins projects to be a deep league streamer.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
