5 years agoHouston Texans tight end Jordan Akins has been mostly an afterthought ever since his two-touchdown game in Week 3, but on Sunday against the Broncos he finally found something, catching four passes for 49 yards. His nine targets were his most of the year. Akins is a better receiving option everywhere but the red zone than fellow Texans tight end Darren Fells is, though it's unlikely Sunday's performance really turns out to be indicative of anything.
