4 years agoHouston Texans tight end Jordan Akins caught five of six targets for 50 yards in a 27-20 loss to the Colts. Akins did drop a pass, though other than that, he was perfect on the day. He showed some big-play ability on a 20-yard reception, then operated as a short-yardage target, considering how much pressure quarterback Deshaun Watson was under. It's been tricky to count on Akins, as this was just his third game all year with at least 50 receiving yards. Still, the Houston offense is pass-happy- and a favorable matchup awaits against the Bengals in Week 16.--Tim Capurso
