Jordan Akins Has Quiet Week 3
4 years agoHouston Texans tight end Jordan Akins caught two passes for 28 yards in his team's Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Akins has taken over for Darren Fells as Houston's primary tight end, but quarterback Deshaun Watson was mainly looking for wide receivers in this loss, with Fells failing to haul in either of his two targets. Akins has upside as a streaming option, but consistency will be a major issue for him, making him someone fantasy managers should only play when there's a plus-matchup for the tight end position.
