5 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Jordan Ellis was heavily involved during the team's 23-13 preseason win over the Washington Redskins. After scoring a touchdown against the Chiefs on Saturday, the rookie was effective yet again, rushing for 52 yards on 15 carries in addition to five receptions on six targets for 19 yards. With running back Trayveon Williams suffering yet another injury and the team lacking weapons on the offensive side of the ball, the door could be open for Ellis to pick up some occasional production this upcoming season. Keep an eye on him for the remainder of the preseason to see where he stands come Week 1, especially if Williams misses some time.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
