2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals pitcher Jordan Hicks (forearm) has started his throwing program, according to manager Oliver Marmol. The plan is to get Marmol back on the mound in roughly a week. He's expected to need a minor league rehab assignment before returning to the Cardinals roster. It's uncertain if Hicks is going to be a starter or reliever when he does get back to the big leagues. It sounds like the Cardinals will have at least until July to make a decision on Hicks.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
