3 years agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Jordan Lyles was able to hold the Rockies offense in check during Tuesday's game. He went 6 2/3 innings, six hits allowed, three earned runs, one walk, and seven strikeouts in the 4-3 victory. It was a classic Lyles outing where he gave up multiple home runs. In fact, all his earned runs were off three home runs in this contest. Despite that, he was able to help secure the victory. He'll take a 5.63 ERA and 1.47 WHIP into his next outing against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Lyles won't be worth a look as a streaming option for that one.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
