7 years agoSan Diego Padres starter Jordan Lyles suffered a tough-luck loss Saturday against the Atlanta Braves. Lyles only mistake was serving up a solo home run in the fifth inning but he was outdueled by Braves starter Sean Newcomb. Lyles finished the day with seven innings pitched, allowing five hits, no walks and striking out six. Saturday was a bounce back start after two rough outings and he holds a 4.46 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 7.6 K/9. Fantasy owners should view Lyles as a low-end, matchup-dependent streamer. His next start is scheduled at AT&T Park against the San Francisco Giants.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
