Jordan Montgomery Tosses Six Shutout Innings
2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Jordan Montgomery looked fantastic during Friday's start against the Milwaukee Brewers. The left-hander went six scoreless innings, four hits allowed, and struck out eight batters in the victory. The 29-year-old is looking like a great addition to the roster. He's currently carrying a 3.37 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, and 106 strikeouts across 125 2/3 innings this season. His next start is scheduled in St. Louis against the Colorado Rockies on Thursday. Fantasy managers should expect Montgomery to continue to succeed in that contest.
