3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals third base prospect Jordan Walker continued his strong season with a 2-for-5 performance for Double-A Springfield on Sunday. Walker drove in a pair of runs and also swiped two bags in the contest. For the season, the 19-year-old is now hitting .333 with one home run, eight RBI and five stolen bases. The power hasn't been there so far for on the young season, but Walker posts some of the strongest exit velocities amongst hitters and his profile suggests that he offers plenty of power from the right side of the plate. Walker is unlikely to help managers in redraft leagues this season, but those in dynasty leagues should keep a keen eye on the young power hitter with his potential to help across the board in the future.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
