4 years agoMiami Marlins catcher Jorge Alfaro (hamstring) has been activated from the 10-day injured list on Monday. He is not in the lineup for Monday's contest, but should see a majority of the starts behind the plate. He ended up missing over a month of action due to a strained hamstring. Chad Wallach has been optioned to the minors in a corresponding move. Alfaro was off to a slow start at the plate before getting injured. As already mentioned, Alfaro is going to catch basically every day, so he'll have carry fantasy value from that fact alone.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
