4 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman Jorge Polanco went 1-for-4 with a home run and strikeout in a 12-7 win over the Orioles on Sunday. Polanco made his return to the lineup after dealing with a minor groin injury- and didn't wait long to show that he was healthy, depositing the first pitch he saw in his final at-bat of the day into the right-field seats. Even more encouraging is the fact that the home run came when he was batting left-handed. Due to his ankle injury, Polanco hit .226 with a .606 OPS when batting left-handed in 2020 after posting a .306 average with a .891 OPS in 2019. If he can remain healthy, he's looking like a savvy pick at his 17th-round ADP.--Tim Capurso
