2 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman Jorge Polanco (knee) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Boston Red Sox. Polanco will miss his fourth straight game with left patellar tendinitis, but fantasy managers should continue to consider him day-to-day. It remains to be seen if the 29-year-old will be ready to go for the start of a series against the Chicago White Sox on Friday after a day off on Thursday. Nick Gordon is getting another start at second and is hitting seventh against Red Sox right-hander Michael Wacha. Gordon went 2-for-4 with a home run, double, six RBI and a run scored in the 10-5 win over the Red Sox on Tuesday and is hitting .312 (24-for-77) with two homers, 15 RBI and 10 runs scored in 25 games this month.
