Jorge Soler Slugs 17th Homer In Victory
3 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Jorge Soler has somewhat improved with the bat since the trade in July. On Friday, Soler went 1-for-4 with a solo home run off lefty Keegan Akin in the third inning. A run that was fairly important in the 3-0 victory over the Baltimore Orioles. That home run marked Soler's 17th long ball of the season. Everyone is aware of Soler's incredible power. Sadly, he'll take a .202/.302/.390 slash line into his next game. Fantasy managers in need of a power bat should look towards Soler. Otherwise, he can be ignored in most formats.
