4 years agoChicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu went 2-for-4 with a grand slam, a walk and two runs scored on Friday versus the Los Angeles Angels. The home run was the reigning MVP's first of the year and his 199th of his career. Abreu now has a hit in his first two games of the season. The slugger should once again put up strong power numbers to go along with a good batting average in the middle of a dangerous White Sox lineup. Abreu remains one of the most consistent players in the game and should once again put up a strong year as a big part of the White Sox lineup.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
