3 years agoChicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu had a big game at the plate in Monday's 9-5 win over the Tigers, going 3-for-4 with a single, two home runs, four RBI, and a walk. The 35-year-old hit a two-run HR in the first inning and another in the ninth inning. Abreu has put up decent numbers overall this season but hasn't provided quite as much power as fantasy managers are used to with a .260/.360/.442 slash line, nine HR, and 28 RBI. Hopefully, he can continue to get his power swing going in the remainder of this Tigers series.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
