3 years agoThough he actually did not dominate statistically, Jose Aldo dominated on the scorecards to take Saturday night's main event from Rob Font (45-50, 45-50, 46-49) in a decision. Statistically, Aldo tallied 86 significant strikes (96 total strikes) in 25 minutes of action, compared to the 149 significant strikes (193 total strikes) of Font. With the win, Aldo has now won three in a row after losing three fights in a row. The losses have come to the fighters at the very top of the division. Though Aldo may not win the title again, it's possible he can still earn more victories.
