6 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve went 3-for-4 with a double and one run scored in the Astros 2-0 win over the Indians on Tuesday. Altuve is scorching hot at the plate right now and is hitting .402 (33-for-82) over his last 19 games. More recently, the former MVP now has multiple hits in seven of his last 10 games played. It has been a fantastic month of July, slashing .389/.426/.663 with six home runs, eight doubles and 17 runs batted in.
