4 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve will try and keep his hot month of May going into Tuesday's matchup against the A's. Through 14 games this month, Altuve is slashing .339/.415/.554 with three doubles, three home runs, nine runs scored and nine runs batted in. It has been a a promising stretch for the Astros leadoff man, who also is hitting .333 with runners in scoring position this season. Altuve will try to, however, improve his production in road games heading into Tuesday's game in Oakland. Through 50 at-bats away from Minute Maid Park, Altuve is posting an anemic .644 OPS with only three extra-base hits. DFS rosters may want to wait until the Astros return home before inserting Altuve into lineups.--Joey C - RotoBaller
