6 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve has been on quite a hot streak lately and now has hits in 11 of his last 12 games. Seven of those have been multi-hit performances, and he has eight runs batted in during that span. After a mini slump in mid-May, the reigning MVP has come roaring back with hits all over the field and is really getting it done with runners on base. Altuve is slashing .380/.439/.520 with runners in scoring position and has driven in 24 runs through only 50 at-bats in those situations. There are few in the game as consistent as Altuve, and he continues to be an elite fantasy asset.--Joey C - RotoBaller
