3 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve is slashing only .242/.288/.290 over his last 15 games heading into the team's matchup against the Mariners. Altuve has not homered since July 30 and has only three extra-base hits over his last 71 at-bats. The former MVP has hits in three of his last four games and playing at home this weekend could help him rekindle his power stroke. Altuve has been an above average hitter at Minute Maid Park this season, slashing .290/.373/.551 with 15 of his 25 home runs this season coming in his home ballpark. The best time to deploy Altuve into DFS tournaments is when the 31-year-old plays in Houston.--Joey C - RotoBaller
